Secure account deletion

Enter the email address used for your Pub & Grub customer account. We will send a one-time code to that address. Deletion is available only after the code has authenticated you; knowing an email address alone is not enough.

What will be deleted

Confirming deletion permanently removes your customer account record, saved venue favourites, all signed-in sessions and outstanding login-code records associated with your account email.

This process concerns customer-account data. Content or correspondence that must be kept separately for a lawful purpose—such as security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or a legal obligation—may be retained only where and for as long as reasonably necessary. We do not promise a fixed retention period where the appropriate period depends on the record and legal purpose.
